IDEAS for Eatin'
IDEAS for EATING:
1) With brown rice for breakfast
2) On haagen daaz vanilla ice cream
3) In pancakes (2 cups per batch)
4) With goji berries added
5) With warm apples, especially in a pie pan under a cover of more Nutty Steph's, a bit of brown sugar and five pads of butter
FIVE MORE IDEAS:
1) For breakfast, with plain whole yogurt, the most local, most organic, most microproduced yogurt you can find. Or you can make yogurt..I haven't done it, but I've hear it's uncannily simple, takes about 12 hours. Heat up milk, add a bit of yogurt, squeeze it through a paper towel in a strainer, catch the remnants into a container while it sits overnight. Or something like that. Anyhow, I eat my granola every morning with Butterworks Farm plain whole yogurt. On a national level, try Brown Cow, Nancy's Organic or Fage greek yogurt.
2) On salad (vegetable or fruit)
3) As a basis for your turkey stuffing (Local free range turkey, best when self slaughtered)
4) On oatmeal
5) At the Langon Street Cafe doused in steamed milk
